First track day is 1/30 at homestead.. Drag racing is fun for a few seconds. Road course time is like getting it on for a half hour at a time, several times a night! Bad analogy?

Got some steeda goodies to install.

Started with the vertical links. Took some creative use of polejacks to get the things lined back up. Got the lower bolts in loose and then crafty work with the jacks and a prybar to convince the uppers to go into place

Next up, the irs alignment bushings. I cannot believe ford has these cars with so much movement allowed in the holes where the bolts go through the cradle into the frame! Sadly I only got three installed. One of my holes, the captured but welded into the frame is off center (was clear as day) and there was no way in hell I was getting that sleeve in there. Then I added the it's bushing stabilizer things that go on top and bottom of the bushings. Easy install.

And then finished the job with their irs braces and a ford racing trans cooler scoop.

On weds night I'll install my front sway bar and bleed the brakes with high temp brake fluid in preparation for my first track day on 1/30 at homestead!
