So I have the standard 18x8 wheels which are M14x1.5 acorn (I think) and the receiving car (2010 CRV) uses M12x1.5 ball. How exactly am I going to accomplish this if possible?
I dont wanna waste my wheels. :D

the studs on the CRV are smaller so these wheels fit on the studs, you need to ensure a proper lug nut seats on the wheel ( plus make sure there is no clearance issues.

I'd be concerned about the CR-V having enough torque to turn an 18x8

So I should go look for 12x1.5 acorns that'll seat onto the wheels well?

To be fair, the tires are only 20mm wider and are actually less in total diameter. Plus it'll be changing from steelies to alloy.
