Hopefully we can do a group buy for these like MikeD1 said above:

http://jaegerbrothersauto.com/auto-parts/2015 Mustang Splash Guards, Full Set_637.html

They're the best I've seen for the price - almost half the price of the american muscle ones. I've asked Kevin in the group buy section to add this to the list!

Trust me, if you plan to drive your car, you're going to need to do something about this .
Well done Art in finding these. They look exactly like my American Muscle ones at a much cheaper price. No holes drilled works for me.

Are people not seeing this?

I'm getting a black car, which will probably make it less noticeable, but I'd rather have stone chips than the garden hose look!

The RPI ones are also half the price!

ssb I'm happy to clarify why I think the jaeger ones are my preferred.

Essentially, I don't want mudguards. They look shit.

I also don't want rock chips, so the mudguards are the lesser of two evils.

Having easily installed, clip on, clip off mudguards, means that when I park her up at a meet, or need to take proper photos, I can simply unclick them.

The RPI ones are nice and cheap, but a bit of a pain to install compared to the jaeger ones.

American muscle are the best of the lot, but also ridiculously priced, so my preference is jaeger even though the clips are less than elegant. I don't see em when I'm driving it and preventing the stone chip damage.

Full credit to MikeD1 for finding em

Fair enough, personally I think the RPIs look good enough to warrant leaving them on.

This is a world far removed from my M Coupe where the OEM Mudflaps are super rare and people will actually pay towards US$400 for a set (both because they like the look AND they're useful).

Good find. I already purchased a set from American Muscle. Looking at the photos and description in the link provided they look identical to the American Muscle ones.
They are identical, Jaeger Bros supply them to AM. I initially tried to buy mine direct from Jaeger bros, but their website only had shipping to North America. Tried contacting them about shipping to New Zealand, and Jason I think it was, from Jaeger got back to me and said to just buy them from AM. Perhaps for a group buy they may ship to Australia.

I might just get them shipped to a friend in Ca and pick them up on my way through in Sep
This is a good idea.

I have family in Canada (I know, different CA) and, silly as it may seem, I didn't even think about shipping something to them to pick up when I visit at Christmas time :frusty:

Yep, that's what I will do. Already have a few other bits and pieces waiting there ;)

Has problems with payment authorisation - I suspect it got upset with an AU billing address.

My friend has ordered for me. It was about US$135 delivered to Ca

I contacted Ford via FB message, told em about the rocks getting kicked up, told them I love my car and don't want it hurt, and got a response as follows:

So for those following along, genuine is not really an option at the moment.

See group buy.

In April, I contacted Velossatech regarding Big Mouth Ram Air Duct (bought one before group purchase). As they are into 3D printer design I also asked whether they would consider designing proper mud flaps front & back using better grade plastics (as per Big Mouth)...as current ones on offer by other vendors look thin and cheap and not sleek, they also protrude to far out...I think the rear of the flap has to rapidly taper back towards the relevant metal panel (moulded-in for depthwise OEM look; rear-side of flap should be coloured matching bodywork paint)

This is Dan Becker's response: "The mudflaps is definitely something we will pursue in the near future as it is a great product in high demand. But that is a few months out".

Cheers

I just noticed that RPI now have a better quality set of mud flaps in addition to the regular ones they have still sell. The better quality material used costs an extra $20US.
http://www.rpidesigns.com/shop/item.aspx?itemid=5419
I put the RPI ones on mine, the rear flaps are ... not quite 'easy fit' to put it one way. They give you screws to secure them, but the holes you are meant to use are way too big for the screws - so the threads don't tighten into anything. I managed to fit them with some 10gauge Speed U Clips though - gave the screws something to fit into.
