The American Muscle ones look good to me, and I like the no drill option. Have ordered a set.

Argh, the American Muscle website gives me that bloody "Whhoops something went wrong" page 90% of the time I look at it - such a pain!

That aside, they look a bit 'tacked on' to me - is it just me? It's hard to see in the photos on the A.M. website, but above they look like they have some cut black hose holding them on :(

I installed the Jaegar bros ones (same as what AM sells, but cost less) over the weekend.
Easy peasy install, not what I would have liked but will do until a fitted version comes out.

It's not nearly as noticeable on a dark car, does stick out on the lighter colors tho (White, Ingot, Yellow etc.).

That's annoying isn't it Scott. Haven't had any trouble with their webpage so far. The mudflaps arrived and I put them on in a few minutes. Happy with them. You really don't see the strip of connector and there's no need to drill into the car at all. They work well, no more splatter up the car since installing them. I can even take them off to detail if it gets really muddy.

After a 2000km trip and first wash since I got home I found several chips infront of the back wheels, assume thrown up from the front, reading all post on this thread what did you end up with and do you think they work, thanks for help

I had the front edge of both rear wheel arches clear wrapped with Suntek PPF.

No chips yet (no mud flaps either). How high on the arch are these chips?

No worries, here's a pic of the (dirty) area on my car - you can see the line where the film is applied. When clean and in normal light, it is pretty much invisible unless you are looking for it.

Drew did not get a chance for photo but loking at your film the chips are well below the top so you would be OK

You should go with the set of mud flaps from American Muscle. Not cheap but they do the trick and are not that noticeable. Really in the scheme of things with what a lot of the Members on the forum are spending the cost of the American Muscle mud flaps is not too bard after all.

Good find. I already purchased a set from American Muscle. Looking at the photos and description in the link provided they look identical to the American Muscle ones.
