MT-82 and Barton Short Throw

I will be changing out my MT-82 junk for a heavier Barton Hybrid 3 Short Throw Shifter later this summer of 2020.

My question? How does this affect my existing Ford warranty for the factory transmission, M-82 package? Will my warranty be void if I have a transmission problem other than the new Barton shifter and linkage unit? Anyone know? I have been trying to find out with no luck.

Considering the existing TSB with regards to these manual transmissions, I would hope we're protected if something like a shift fork breaks.
