No drone at all. And don't get me wrong it's still loud people will definitely hear you coming, but quiet enough to be able use your sync system without yelling.

You're right. The video doesn't do justice to how the exhaust sounds like in person. I can vouch that it sounds a lot louder and sweeter in person. :D

Between MRT ARH and SW which one is the loudest?

I heard SW was louder than ARH but I don't know how MRT compares

yes, I cut the factory exhaust where the MRT system axle back bolts to their h pipe and welded them to the factory. Car sounds great I will try to get a clip up. I was surprised that the mufflers alone were able to produce that deep sound ive always been told that its the h pipe that creates that deep rumble sound. It cost 85 bucks at a local muffler shop to try it. I asked MRT about it before I did it and they said there is an axle back version in the works so its essentially the same system they will be offering soon.
Any update on this cbear50? Would love to hear it

I would really like to still hear the MRT in person. The ARH is nice, but just really want to listen to the MRT to see if it would fit me better. Also, being a complete 3in exhaust and larger exhaust tips is also a plus for me. Honestly I'd be open to listen to any exhausts in person. You can definitely say all of these exhausts sound different than they do in the video's.

I purchased my MRT on Tuesday after I officially got the car, can't wait. Hopefully the drone isn't as bad as most say, we will see!

Quick question. This being my first Ford and a brand new car, how are the dealerships regarding modifications and warranty? An exhaust is so minor I hope they don't flip a lid over it.

I didn't really experience any drone in mine unless I was just lugging the car around. I switched to the axle back version just to quieter it down a little. It sounds great but it's a loud system.

As far as the dealership I haven't crossed that bridge yet

Cool, I'm sure I won't mind it too much then. My GM dealer didn't mind the modifications on my old car and it had a lot more than I'll be putting on the Mustang. I have heard some horror stories of OEM's revoking warranty over minor parts, would be terrible on a new car. Considering the Mustang comes with line-lock, I think they will be understanding of a few bits here and there :ford:
