Plenty of informtaion on the US sites regarding these wheels and tyres combo. But struggled to find information in Australia. Help would be appreciated.

I am looking at purchasing the MRR M350 wheels in 19inch.

Width are10" front/11" rear Offset +40/+50

correct suggested fitment is 285/35/19 front and 305/35/19 Rear

Try find a 305/35/19 is near impossible in Australia this concerns me especially if a gut a tyre and have no spare. Pirelli appear to be the only tyres at $950 each - gulp.

So I am considering 295/35/19 for rear which leaves me with a 2.2% speedo error (marginal) Continental Sport 6 also slightly lower sidewall profile to stock PP wheels and tyres.

I do not want a square setup so I am therefore considering 275/35/19 for the front 1.5% speedo error.

any suggestions if this looks ok? I do not think there will be too much stretch on the tyres, they are will within the recommended widths. My car will be lowered on Vogtland 35mm front and rear springs.

Hi Dazza,

I have the same wheels. I went Michelin MPSS 275/35/19 F & 295/35/19 R.

I got the tyres from Bob Jane for about $1800 last year.

I had the tyres fitted and balanced at CC Tyres Penrith.

Thanks for your reply - Some Questions if you don't mind?

I take it you have lowered the car? if so what spring and what drop?

any reason why you did not have fitting and balancing at bob jane? must I factor in a more specialized fitting? Does alignment camber adjustment need to be considered being anything out of the ordinary with this fitment?

These are easy tyres to shop for I also take it there isnt much stretch and they fit neatly with a low profile look. if you have a picture I would be grateful - Thanks

Hi, The 285/30 and 305/30 is around 5% speedo error I don't want to have this adjusted for.

I think I am going to go for 275/35 and 295/35 slightly lower in profile than my std fitment 2% speedo error and still within recommended tyre spec.

Thanks

Hi Dazza,

The car was fitted with Shockworks coil overs last December. I went 15 drop rear and 25 front.

CC Tyres couldn’t source the MPSS for me. They could do Pirellis but at the prices you mentioned.

They do all tyre and alignment work for me as I trust them and so I got the tyres from Bob Jane and CC Tyres did the rest.

If you pm me your email I’ll send some pictures; I’ve been at a bit of a loss since Photobucket dipped out.

Cheers

Jim

Where did you find these wheels in Australia? I've been looking everywhere and no luck
