Not posted for some time as busy with my build. I need some positive feedback on any one who has fitted 305x30x19 rear tires. Fronts will be 285x30x19. Any problems on thiese sizes. Also has anyone sourced any RHD Exhaust Headers.:ford:

I've got MPSS 305/35r19s on the back with no problems. Am looking at going 325/30r19 at some point. My rear offsets are 53mm

I run 275/35r19 on the back, again with no issues. It's all down to the offsets

It will work, but that is very skinny rubber on a Mustang, so for me it would look a bit out of place on a muscle car, fine on a BMW. ;)

But yes it will work just fine, but the ride will be harsher as you have less tyre wall.

Perfect size would be 275/35/19 on front and 295/35/19 on the rear. Or 285/35 and 305/35. Alternatively I do believe 295/30 and 325/30 will fit. :)

Just remember when you go wider than 305 on the rear with an ET55 offset you might get the wheels poking out from body work unless you dial in more negative camber, though of course some people like a little poke look.

Thanks I think I will go 285/35 and 305/35. Any of you chaps thought about headers to reclaim the lost bhp thanks to RHD.

Yes I shall be buying some from Australia soon, you will need a remap to support them though unless your happy to drive around with the cel / emissions light on or buy some 02 extenders.

But remap, CAI, headers and catback should put these cars at 500 horses crank and very loud. :)

Milltek has gone v quiet on headers.
Has Pumabuild got any yet? I thought they had something in the pipeline.

Gibbo do you have a link for the Aussie ones? I don't plan on doing exhaust until I get long tubes to match. I was thinking about getting a uk specialist to fabricate some one off, but I suspect an off the shelf part will be cheaper even with the tax and round world shipping.

Street fight and X-force do full exhaust setups for RHD Mustang, based in Australia and will be around £1200-£1500 landed in UK for just headers, a full system around £3000 but that would bolt right up without issue.

They are also switchable which is great too!

For me I shall have to get an exhaust shop to fit as the headers probably won't just fit right upto my Corsa catback.

Did you ever get a quote from JP exhausts ? I'm local to them so will try there first at those prices
