They’re both made by McLeod, both twin disk and both Kevlar material.... People need to stop blaming the clutches and realize we have a Chinese made mt-82 with plastic internals. Any half way decent clutch that grips will break it with abusive driving.Just picked up my LPXHD last week and need to install it.... This is incorrect. They’re both made by McLeod, both twin disk and both Kevlar material.... People need to stop blaming the clutches and realize we have a Chinese made mt-82 with plastic internals. Any half way decent clutch that grips will break it with abusive driving.
Oh ok I didn’t realize. Any disagreement with my Mt-82 comments? This is incorrect.
RXT is a metallic pad that is not full faced.
LPX is a Kevlar pad that is full faced.
Both share the same pressure plate. LPXHD shares the RXT1200 pressure plate.
Our '15 is still running a stock MT82 with a RXT and that's been about 6 years.. albeit overseas now.Oh ok I didn’t realize. Any disagreement with my Mt-82 comments?

Depends if your car was built on a Friday or not.
