Good to know, I will keep that in mind if I have to install one on another S550. That saves an unnecessary step. It's not to bad to remove, just get small flat tip screw driver and gently pry it off and done.I tossed the clip, it's just a factory assemby aid which I didn't need to put the new bushing in. Getting it off was the hardest part of the entire install.
Here is a picture just for reference comparing the the stock vs. the Energy Suspension bushing for reference for anyone else considering this.
