Magnetic with Black Roof??

Hey guys im planning on ordering a 16' GT Premium with PP in Magnetic but im debating if I should get the black roof option. Does anyone happen to have pics of this combo?

I don't think there's really a point of it with the darker colors like Black, Guard, Magnetic, DIB.

I actually think it'll look sweet with a black roof. I've seen a few other cars with dark grey / black roof and it works well. Haven't see a S550 specifically but going by the other colours I've seen with a black roof it'll look good, and it'll be different.

My plan was to get the black roof with the Magnetic and then add gloss black stripes down the front and rear

I also debated this but its hard to tell. So I ordered without it and figure I could try the gloss black vinyl route and if I didn't like it just remove it.

I almost got my magnetic roof done in gloss black but I could not justify the cost for such a subtle change. On a color like race red / comp orange I would do it for sure, but if I happen to free up a bunch of extra cash where I wont notice $400 missing for a vinyl roof wrap, I will prolly still do it.

Vinyl is fairly simple to install, especially on something flat. I did my whole car (g35 coupe) in satin black myself. With materials and tools right under $500 and a good bit of time. Took me while as i did most of it with no help.

I plan on trying it at some point when i finally get it. I ordered from this site http://autovinylsolutions.com/Gloss_Vinyl?product_id=307 and for less than $60 for material (not sure the size of the roof), if it doesn't work oh well.

I have a black roof on my Comp Orange and I love it, really sets off the PP black wheels.

Ive got a buddy who had his roof painted black on his magnetic......ive never really NOTICED it when walking by so to me it doesnt stand out.

I'm getting ready to order a 2016 GT PP and I'm curious about this as well. I've been waiting for pics to show up of colors with the black roof. I myself think that the black roof on magnetic or guard might look nice. Kind of a stealthy mean look.

I actually love it, especially with the limo tint. It gives it a little something extra and ties into the black back panel. If some people cant tell the difference, then what harm is that? I've also had compliments on it once people notice it. I'd do it again, especially since its costs almost nothing.
