The Magnaflow cat-back systems replace the factory resonator with an x-pipe and should not be any louder than if Magnaflow offered Street series axle-backs
H-pipes are louder than x-pipes.
I have a Magnaflow cat-back on my '08 and I think it sounds great and IMHO the tips look better than both the Corsa and Borla systems that have stock looking tips.
There is also no drone.

This would likely be your best option. It will sound the same with a slight increase in over all volume but not by much until the higher rpm's.

Ryan, how far have you driven since the axleback was installed? Typically the mufflers on our new systems take about 500-1000 miles of driving to become broken in. The tones you are experiencing now will change quite a bit as the packing material gets heat-cycled. Please let us know if there are any questions we can answer about your new system.

I drove about 150 miles and took them off. Couldn't stand the boom that would resonate inside the cabin while cruising at low RPM. These are much louder than advertised. I don't think any break in would fix that.
Why don't you guys sell the street version in an axle back?
