Machined wheels

Love the car but don't like the gloss black wheel look.a local wheel place says he can machine off the flat surfaces on wheels. and around the total edge.im,concerned he may take too much off and give the wheel a balance problem.has anyone done that,or have an opinion on it.thanks

That's why they have balancing weight's for the wheels and tires,they have been around for a while now, and I understand they work pretty well.

There are better ways to remove powder coating than machining it off. I would recommend talking to a place that does powder coating.
