Anyone feel like the street tune is stronger on 91 octane then the Flex Fuel tune is when fill with pump? No Proof I am running my first tank of Shell 91 after my third tank of E85. Car fulls lethargic compared to the 91 street tune when doing a spirited acceleration. On the street tune 1st and 2nd are Ice skates with no launch just spirited acceleration. Does not happen on flex with 91 in the tank. Alch is at 28%. With E 85 in it pulls hard and I know I need to upgrade my tires though still on stock.

Upgrade your tires and then report back. Stock tires are garbage.

im not sure if its just for e85 but i heard that the FF tune will have less hit as it monitors and calculates the fuel, where as the other tunes are already set for a specific fuel

I can tell you the E85 Tune from Lund ramps up timing much quicker than their FF tune on E85. I'm not sure if it's the same with 91 or 93 vs the FF Tune.

Ok thanks that makes sense. It feels strong on E-85 with FF tune. Its just when I am cycling off to 91 on the ff tune vs my street tune.

I always heard that the FF tune will ramp up quicker vs the 93 tune. So in order of quickest timing advance it would be. E85 > FF > 93/91

I never had a 93 or E85 tune to compare though, just a Flex.

Yeah I understand. Flex on E-85 feels really strong but when I go back to 91 for my cycle off is where I notice. E-85 on flex I have no traction off the hit 1st or second. Flex on 91 I have traction first through second just doesn't feel like it has a strong down low pull and honestly not much up top. my 91 street tune I fight for traction first and second it feels strong not as strong as flex on e-85 but stronger then 91 on flex tune. It really is not that big of a deal for me I have the both tunes I can switch and I am only planning to cycle on flex 3 on e85 2 off. Or I might go 3 on E-85 1 on flex tune with 91 to re-lubricate then one on my street tune back to flex since I have easy access to e85 gas (three stations within 5 miles). I will message my Lund tuner tomorrow to ask him for his thoughts. I only mention no traction as that is my butt dyno reference. I know I need better tires then stock and I also know that using traction might not tell the whole story. The slow ramp up on timing makes sense because on 91 with e 85 it looks like I slowly get to 24 but on 91 street tune I fly up to 26 then 30+some times higher. Hope this isn't to confusion I'm a few beers in:cheers:
