Losing power

Hello guys need y’all help again. My mustang gt takes 10 seconds sometimes to start. And loses power at wot. Around 50 miles per hour. When I let go of gas and hit it again it retains power.

2015 Mustang gt 45000. Roush cai borla atak catback. Going to add some more kids but have to fix this issue first. Car is salvage title so no warranty.

How long has it been happening and have you done anything recently? Taking a while to start would have me lean towards a spark issue which would also lead to reduced performance.

Had a c&l cold air intake. Was causing high idle and leak codes. Ever since I put the roush. No check engine lights and idles normal. It also takes 6 seconds to start when pushing button could it be ignition
