After lowering my car and then dropping it further with coilovers, my parking break lever is not as tight as it was from the factory. The light is very sensitive and sometimes it does not even turn off. I looked at the service manual and it specifies that there should be 2mm of gap between the parking brake scissors on the rear brakes when I currently have none.
Logic tells me that tightening the brake and adding tension will make it worse, so I tried to loosen it a little bit and it still did not do anything.
Will putting more tension on the cable resolve my issue?
