Looking for kennebell 2.8 8rib conversion

Currently have my 8rib damper already, and a idler pulley. Talked to kennebell should get my 3” pulley this week and belt.

jpc has an 8rib underdrive pulley

Where else can i get the missing idlers and tensioner?

Just order the kit from KB. It comes with everything you need... Thats alotnofnwork and money to run 15 psi on an 8 rib. You can run 18 psi on the 6 rib no problem.

just gonna do a test run lol with that psi then want to go to 20-24lbs of boost depending how well my car handles it, already have a built motor

Thats alot for the 2.8. You'd be better off selling the kit and getting the new quad core 3.2 kit that is coming out shortly, or spending the 3gs for the 3.6 unit. You'll see way to much heat out of the 2.8 at 20 psi.

Thats alot for the 2.8. You'd be better off selling the kit and getting the new quad core 3.2 kit that is coming out shortly, or spending the 3gs for the 3.6 unit. You'll see way to much heat out of the 2.8 at 20 psi.
Yes I’ve been looking into switching out to the 3.6 headunit hopefully soon

I would just wait for the new 3.2 to come out. The kit is making over 1k HP on e85 in testing and the IATs are much lower. for what you would spend building an 8 rib 2.8 kit you could sell your full 2.8 kit and spend the price of a 3.6 head unit and slide right into the new 3.2.
