So after a long wait i finally received my car on saturday and its great qc really fixed the issues at flat rock or i got very lucky its going to be a fun summer

Guys, I need service dept. suggestions again. Newins doesn't do warranty work on Saturdays apparently, and I need my car looked at this weekend before I make a 10 hour drive up north next week. I can't drop the car off during the week so Newins is a no-go.

Any ideas please??

I don't think any local Ford dealer does warranty work on Saturday's, as all you might get is an oil change.

For the life of me I don't understand such a business model, especially for a market as big as NYC. I work as early as 7:30-8 am and go until 7-8 pm during the week, and i'm sure i'm not the only one. How is someone with this sort of schedule supposed to get warranty work done then? I was down in Northern VA this past weekend and their dealerships have no issues doing warranty work on the weekends. They were fully booked otherwise I would have gotten it done while I was there.

Wish I saw this thread back in October when I ordered my car. Considering I have only seen a total of three S550's on the road so far would be awesome to meet everybody at some point. Sunday mornings at OBI is an occasional spot. Looking forward to warmer weather.

Years ago when I had my Cobra, Captree use to start up early in the season and by the time we had to pay to enter the lot, everyone moved over to OBI....im just over the bridge but im game to meet and hangout, and maybe meet for breakfast at a diner and talk S550's.
