Folks,

I think I've found one of the lightest 19" rims, forged alloys, aside of course from the CF.

Considering that the GT350 stock rims comes in 19X10.5 fronts and 19X11 rears, those OZ Superforgiata might actually be the lightest ones around, at same stock size.

Acording to their site, the 19x10 weighs 8kgs or 17,64 pounds and 19x11 weighs 8,8 kgs or 19,4 pounds.

Do you guys know for some comparsion how much do the stock GT350 rims weigh? Also for the same sake, how much do the GT350R CF rims weigh?

Now, if only those puppies would fit the GT350...

Heres stock-OEM Ford Mustang GT350 wheel weights:
Front Wheel: 19x10.5 30mm offset weight is 31lbs. (30.95lbs. to be exact)
Rear Wheel: 19x11.0 62mm offset weight is 31lbs. (30.85lbs. to be exact)

Looking for lighter wheels myself

Maybe or maybe not. Make sure OZ has the proper offsets for the GT350 and the offsets could change the weight. Also what do the OZ's cost?
I'm not sure about the offsets. I might have to contact them for this and also if they provide them with the GT350 offsets, I'd like to know the actual weight.

They most surely cost much more than what you offer. OZ is not a cheap company but they know their shit. They are in F1, WRC and have tons invested in R&D.

They're like the Akrapovic of the rims.

Pretty sure they will not work due to the offset. Unless, of course, they do custom work. And then you will have a heavier wheel because of the material needed for the correct offset.

The front offset on the car is actually fairly common (Caliper clearance can be an issue though). The rear offset at the width is not.

Second this, the offset of the gt350 is different / custom. It is not a VW.

It appears that they offer the rims in the GT350 offsets:

http://www.ozracing.com/wheels/oz-atelier-forged/superforgiata

OFFSETS: 23-68

I've emailed them with questions regarding price and weight for stock GT350 sizes.
I'll bet you dollars to dimes when you inquire about weights with associated offsets on these wheels, they'll get heavy in a big hurry. Quoting weights without dia, width, or offset makes my bullshit-o-meter go off.

That being said if they don't clear the caliper then the whole convo is moot.

Valid point....but I'd like to see a rim company quote weights for every possible combination of offsets, rim size, diameter, and width.
