Light tint kits

I was wondering is there a place in the DFW who install those kits. I understand from a legal stance DPS that it shouldn't be done but is there anyone who as experience in installing them?

Sorry for the different lighting, but hopefully this gives you an idea. Note that tint is the lightest shade, gunsmoke is the middle shade, and charcoal is the darkest shade. Only tint and gunsmoke are available for the headlamps. All three shades are available everywhere else.
