Levels Performance FMIC Install Question

Hey guys and gals, I just found a solid deal on a Levels IC from a dude that sold his Mustang and pulled the trigger, but I don't think he has the metal bar that bolts to the hood latch anymore (top support for the IC). I see where there are 4 bolts that secure the thing down at the bottom, and I'm sure Nik didn't make that support for nothing, but how necessary is it really? I'm trying to figure out if I need to source that from somewhere or try and have something similar fabricated for me.

Metal bar in question is circled in case that was confusing.

Fabricate a bar yourself. Honestly, it's just metal. You don't want your IC flopping around weakening the lower supports.
