Does this come with the stainless straps to re-secure the modified stock heat shield to it?

Same lol. Hopefully they worked out the disconnect with the shipping department concerning the incorrect size clamps too.
PM me if that stuff happens and I’ll get it squared away if it arises.

Easy install and straight forward and can’t wait for you guys to hear it

Can you imagine how loud these will be without resonators. My hats off to you guys but get some ear plugs, it’s crazy from the factory.
FWIW, I don’t have this piece, but I did a resonator delete and Mishimoto H-pipe on my 2015. The overall volume is maybe 20-25% louder, which to me is noticeable, but not at all excessive (I was expecting a bigger difference).

The biggest change is in the tone. It’s a noticeably lower, more bass, deeper rumble. It sounds much more like a 1960’s engine (and I’ve had a bunch of them). It makes the car sound much more old-school, which was exactly what I was hoping for.

No ear plugs needed (but then, I’m old enough to be losing my hearing).

The ones I got have the 2.75” outlet which should match right up correct?
I have the same set of kooks and cats ordered. Very curious to see how this turns out for you as I'm considering the H delete as well! Cant wait to hear it! You will have to throw a clip on here! When you expecting your headers?

The company I bought them from is having them Jet Hot coated so it’ll be a few weeks. I doubt I’ll have them on before summer ends, I’ve got a ton of parts coming and I’m trying to work out a date with PBD to do the instal and tuning.

Even Lethal’s page for them doesn’t say “stock connection” but I ordered the same part number they have and the same one Kooks lists as “OEM connection”.
It’ll be awhile before I have this installed. I’m piecing together a large performance package
I've updated the product page to state that the H pipe connects to the OEM factory connection point on the stock catted lead pipes. Hope that helps.

Cool, might want to also add that to your Kooks description too, it doesn’t specify it’s a stock connection. 😁

Which Kooks system are you referring to?
