Hello All,

I was in the market for a drive shaft and hit up Lethal Performance as they had previously had them on special for their Christmas Days promotion. Matt offered to honor the 15% discount on the DSS drive shaft. Unfortunately with the holidays, DSS is a little backed up and also closes for their employees to spend time with their families . Although I did not purchase, Matt tried to see if he could get a shaft expedited due to this horrible vibration that I have. He told me he would call me back immediately yesterday and did. He told he was still working on it and called me back the first thing in the morning. The build time is 3 weeks so not going to work for me. But that customer service that Matt @ Lethal provided was above and beyond the norm and it was a pleasant surprise.:cheers: I spent quite a few thousand dollars with another vendor just recently and have not been able to get a timely reply within days or weeks sometimes.
