All I got for now. And as SVTFreak said, will be doing dealer sticker removal... Told them not to worry about PDI'ing the car, but they said they "have to"

Just got back from oil change on my F-150. Another week, still have not shipped #177 that was built on 9/29. Dealer has no explanation. Dealer rep has no explanation. They are getting several stock orders in transit with later build dates.

Funny note for the Nebraska guys! That yellow GT w/PP at Baxter just got dealer traded to my dealership for the Guard GT that was my first drive of the new 2015. Apparently, they ordered one with a Spoiler on accident and the customer didn't want it. I laughed saying I know several people already took that thing for some test drives! I plan to also. Chance to compare standard GT vs. PP. I will get to really test my patience here, I was originally going to order TY w/PP before putting money down on LE.

I don't know what the deal is with shipping le's. I know a few people who are upset now over that. And I realize how fortunate I ended up getting.

I heard from Rachel this morning and she told me the majority of the LEs are undergoing a bit of extra inspections and have waited longer to ship. There's no reason for concern; it's just the process the orders are undergoing. They are seeing movement on them across the board now.

Idk man. Something has to be up. I believe mine was built before or with SVTFreaks. I apparently was being check for the cat issue. Overall it's been sitting for more than a almost 6 weeks. Rachel told me mine was released from the plant and awaiting shipment but that's been as of Thursday i believe. I'm just starting to feel like Ford is in no hurry to get me my LE. I'd like to have it BEFORE my birthday and the week of Thanksgiving. If it doesn't come sooner than that it will REALLY mess up a lot of my plans. At this point it looks like that's a far-fetched hope now unless it ships today or something.

Just my luck in life though. Every time I get super excited about something and/or try to make arrangements for what I think is a sure thing, it always goes south in the most ridiculous way. SMH Ford is really failing me at this rate :(

But I guess I'll stop whining now considering it will change nothing :kickrock:. Guess I'll just forget about it completely until the dealer calls me. That should at least reduce my stress by at least a bit.

Ford reads these forums. You need to complain. We all need to. 1+ month of extra QC is a BS excuse.

Congrats!
Omg, Jealousy you say. Come on man, are you for real? [emoji14] Now that's funny stuff. Jealousy because someone paid 16k over MSRP for the same exact car as the regular 2015 Gt. I'm afraid not good sir or madam. There may be many things those forum members are on ME but envious over one paying 16k more for the same car as the other 15 Gt's, I can assure you not.
Jealousy! And yet mine still hasn't even shipped. That car is beautiful though.

Any one else see how they were just tearing down the guy and his dad for what they paid for the car? Pretty harsh :brokenheart:. Very few people even focused on that fact that it's a beautiful car that can be fun to drive.

It's not just LEs, it is all of the cartruck deliveries. These and the 15s are highlighted. The shipping capacity is just not there. It has not caught up with the pace of the industry. It has been a problem for a few years, and the shippers are afraid of another major recession, so they don't invest in new equipment.
