I think certain panel issues are intrinsic in the parts and will appear on all cars regardless. Like how the rear bumper connects to the quarter panels. The bumper is slightly narrower than the width of the quarter panels.

But the things like trunk lid, hood, and doors being askew is easier to resolve. Only a few issues I've seen are worth worrying about though.

I think so. camera angle can do it too, there are so many different things. I think I insulted someone by asking though.
I agree, not only is it camera angle, but also quality of the photo - these pics. taken with a camera phone, and posted to the internet do lose quite a bit of quality.
My thought, if you ordered a car, and it comes in with a problem, ask the dealership to resolve it. They're trained for that and will be more than happy to help a customer who purchased a very expensive car from them. That's what warranty is for, that what customer service is all about.

Also, I don't blame anyone for being upset with comments about imperfection. I honestly believe that people who work at the factory, at least the majority of them, genuinely care about the cars they put out, and have a lot of pride in their work. That said, to suggest that they haven't done their job, or done it well, is a slap in the face.

While I doubt anyone was trying to insult them personally, I think we all need to consider the quality of the pics we're seeing online.

Also, to reiterate, if a buyer has a concern on their new car, they should bring it to their dealership's attention so that it can be resolved, and I honestly believe any dealer will do its best to take care of any issues, with pride.

I don't think we're talking about assembly errors as much as design and manufacturing. In the age of computer design, laser measurement, etc. these things should have been worked-out much earlier in pre-production. The assemblers can only work with what they're given.

With these cars being the face of Ford, they needed to be the best they've ever designed and built. For the most part, that is true.

I've never heard any one say that the cars are anything more than a GT performance pack as far as pure vehicle performance. I do suppose it is possible you'd have to dyno one.

Please take this discussion to a different thread. This is not the place. Thank you.

OK, these photos are from RisingForce on a different thread.
The Right Side appears to be better than the Left.
The Front appears to be better than the Rear.
The Gaps on the Trunk are the biggest problem. The Quarter Panels appear to be pulled-out or warped on the left and the trunk shifted to the left. The Left Door is low. The Rockers are shifted a little at the ends, though not by much. These are the main areas to look for alignment issues. I've seen a lot of great cars on this Forum, and this one is probably the Bad Apple in the Barrel that might have escaped.

Meant shifted to the right on the Trunk.
This is not even an LE you are displaying. Also I don't know why you want to try and judge alignment from photos. I do know every LE goes through two stages of QC and is thoroughly scanned over by trained professionals so I'm sure the cars come out as they are intended. I'm no expert on alignment by any means but from what I've seen the cars look pretty damn good. I think that these cars see more care and quality control than any other sub 50,000 dollar car, but again I don't know every manufactures specific process.

I'll be shocked if they have anything more than a GT...Rumors<->Internet.
Color you shocked because the brakes and front sway are confirmed lol
It already has more than a GT in the Lipstick Department (Interior, Q-Window Etc..) & Less as well (Auto Wipers, Etc.)

I meant more HP & TQ than a GT, but the Brakes & Sway (If true) makes me wonder What's Up With That.

I'll be glad when someone here confirms/kills the rumors connected to this car, should be very soon, maybe today-->

Got number 709.
Build date last week of November, delivery Mid December (+/- especially that close to Christmas as Transportation is strained that time of year ) which is exactly what I was told way back in May by Sales Manager who has been in the business a long time.
Sucks getting it in the winter as I will just store it right away until the spring. They put a lot of salt on the roads up here and the roads are bad enough because of thawing, freezing, thawing creating huge potholes in the winter . It will be a April/May to November vehicle that I will drive and keep.
