What about 5 Liter looking at the Dearborn Cars?

Also hope that the Trunk is Ajar and not mis-aligned.

Hood is a bit up too.

I was hoping to hop online today to see pics. of yours, I'm very sorry that she's MIA...(not as sorry as you I'm sure). (Do you have a name picked out for her yet)?

For what it's worth, it does seem like yours will be one of the first, on this forum anyway, to be "shown", and she's going to be BEAUTIFUL!!!
Hope to see her soon!!!

Don't be sorry. Feel bad for MC, easy money and Brent. Theirs are truly missing. Mine is just in the last, hard to trace, leg. Dealer says it's usually 2-3 days. Usually is the key word. Today was 2. Tomorrow is 3.

I'm hoping to win that first white LE trophy. ;)

HP or TQ from two different flat rock sources says it is higher. Just no numbers so let's not be debbie downer until you dyno it.
My thoughts precisely Brent. Any updates on yours?
(We do have a future, dual line-lock burnout date to keep you know)! :clap2:

Hood is a bit up too.

The hood is a optical illusion. I played with one at dealer that was very well lines up and photos, due to the black rubber, make it looks like it's not lined up right.

Trunk, there's a lot of complex bends at the corners and it seems they having trouble getting them perfect.

Yes, but with all the attention to detail these should be getting, there's no excuse!

What are the chances that Ford can provide us with all the info, like Marcy's

I think the front hood alignment issues appear worse due to the fact that the angle of the center of the hood is lower than the angle of the sides where it meets the front grill, so the opening seems larger on the sides when taking the picture from certain directions. It definitely makes it look worse than it is.

However, there is something to the alignment as well, if you put a straight edge at the center, the hood is slightly below the front grill, but if you put it at the edges, the hood is slightly above the fenders. So, it's like the latch is pulling down and the rubber seals are pushing up on the ends. At least on mine.

Although it's not enough for me to worry about. Certain things bother me a lot (squeaks), some things don't (things I can't see when I'm driving the car).

The Trunk Gaps and Alignment on S/N 1 (or is it 3?) look very good.

The hood only looks a smidge, maybe the angle of photo.

Looks like it is pulling down. Check the reflection of the lights.
The ends, however, appear to be up, just so slightly in this photo, although down, in the photo from the other angle.

Alignment

Hood looks good at the edge from this angle. Bumper join with Fender looks off a tad, and the back of the Blue Plastic Rocker looks like it is sticking out a bit in the first hood photo.

Right, the center is down a bit. But if you take the picture from straight on, it makes it appear way worse, since you see more black on the sides than the middle simply because the angle of the center is more flat than the sides.

When you put a slight up on the ends with a slight down in the center, then take from a certain angle it looks pretty wonky. However, even if the center was dead on and the sides were perfect, from that same angle it would still appear to have less gap in the center than the sides. However, if you look straight down on the gap from overhead, the gap is really the same all the way across.

You're behind a bit.

Ww auto-306 36%
Ww std - 290 34%
Kb std - 152 18%
Kb auto - 103 12%

Cars are 70% white
48% auto.

I will say that I may be missing 6-10 cars. It's kinda hard since vins are sporadic after 809 (one missing up till then, numbers based on scheduled cars through the 12th)

I actually got my info. from my dealer - he's been great about keeping me posted (may have something to do with the fact that I've been hassling him ... nicely... since Jan.). Although, most of the 'other' info. I've provided for him. It seems that the dealers haven't gotten as much info. as I think they should have on these LE's... But it's not for lack of trying, at least on my dealer's part.

I've gotta say, they deserve a big pat on the back for trying, and for putting up with me. Kudos to Hagerstown Ford!

Frustration X100, I understand completely. I called my dealer this afternoon, and even though he was supposed to get an update, with a rail car #, he did not. So, the waiting continues. My guess, it's in a rail car, but not yet put onto a train so it will sit for now...
