There's a couple options I see.
1) most hopeful is that they have shipped but system is slow. This isn't uncommon but unlikely for all anniversary cars.
2) the real ok to buy, when retail orders start being built, is when the first ones will ship.
3). They are waiting to do some kind of shindig to tout up the telease and then ship them.
Two have been confirmed as "released to the shipping dock". Which means the last option is only one with backing
4). They just haven't shipped yet due to build date just 2.5 weeks ago. It's not uncommon to see cars built s week before the first ones take 2ish weeks to ship.
