I'm not selling; dealer has another allocation where the buyer backed out ... but thanks for the well wishes, Joe :)
haha, sorry - my bad for assuming that you were from the dealership. The phrasing of your comment led me to that assumption.

I sure wish they would start shipping these le's. I want my car.

On side note, now we are up to about 450 built or being built this week.

A few stats (the numbers are a little off to add up to 100% due to some information is entered for some cars that do not have build dates yet)

About 70% white/30% blue
About 48% auto and 52% manual

About 38% white autos (170)
About 12% blue autos (54)
About 33% white manuals (148)
About 17% blue manuals (79)

Of these, Texas leads the way with 76 allotments. Next is Mexico with 50. Michigan is at 35 and California at 33, and Florida getting 29. AK, HI, ID, ME, MT, and VT all still have 0 cars built or scheduled.

Maybe the reason that none of the LE's have shipped yet, is because they have to go through and put the proper dash badge on each on one of them?

I know a guy who might sell his--of course he is waiting for the car to come in. He will make up his mind after he sees it in person.

Could be but I haven't found any that have shipped yet. Not a single LE that I can see in cotus shoes anything beyond "produced". No awaiting shipments. Granted I've only spot searched. I did get word from a plant employee (long story) that it was release to shipping yard on 10/2. But nothing new since. As of Tuesday morning, I know for absolute certain it was on the rail ramp with a white gt. But no update since.

Cool - keep me posted. I ordered my LE WW Auto #381 through Tomball Ford. So, I am in the area.

Front or rear? I assume you canput a front on the rear, but i don't think the wider rears will fit on the front. did we ever get confirmation on that?

I would need a front to be safe.

Once I get my LE WW Auto #381, I am going to take a front wheel / tire off and make sure it fits in the spare tire well in the trunk area. Until I get a real spare, I'm going to have to fill the spare tire well with something so that the flimzy trunk floor board does not warp / sag.

Has any one tested if any of the wheels will fit? I used an online calculator and all of the wheel diameters (tire included) are with in a few .1 inches (LE is actually .2 inches smaller than the v6 standard wheel). So that way they should fit. But I think saw Tricia say somewhere that the width clearance in the spare compartment is only like 5 inches... so a spare LE wheel may not fit width wise.

Not trying to discourage just sharing information. If any one has checked that that an oem wheel will fit in the spare compartment could you please confirm? And if any one finds/knows a solution please let us know.

Edit: mm changed to inches (big difference lol)

The problem may not be the diameter but the mounting face clearance to the caliper.

Rear should fit the front with turning ability slightly affected at lock.

No one has been able to test fit anything yet as no anniversary models have been delivered. Or even shipped, that I can find, for that matter.

Right I was specifically addressing him finding out if the tire will fit in the spare compartment. Caliper clearance doesnt matter back there. In that case it doesn't have to be any specific wheel. since they are all about the same size anyone will do. The only difference being width.
