The Status of My LE WW Automatic #381 = "Produced".

Now I just WAIT !!??

Join the club. Mines been like that since 9/30. As has every single one built.

Nobody knows if they are waiting for a reason or just haven't come up to ship.

Possible reasons I've heard are extra qc and waiting for a little party and even waiting on bill ford to take delivery of #1 (built 10/3).

I spoke to someone who said mine was released to the shipping dock and a picture I saw has it sitting in front of an Oxford white s550.

In fewer words, no one knows when the first anniversaries will ship and be delivered.

I was told that mine was released to shipping dock on 10/2. Still hasn't shipped.

I wonder if they are waiting for 10/21 and start of retail builds to ship?

cannot track my LE today on coitus or the beta site ....today is my build date, all i get is this on line 924 -

Heard from the dealer today that my car (built back on 9/29) should be delivered before the end of the month. Slow delivery to Texas.

The regional rep told my general manager that mine is due for delivery on October 21st.

There is a very good chance that the cars have shipped but cotus doesn't show since they are not fully logged in that system. We just have to wait and see.

Mine is supposed to be delivered by Friday, but honestly I don't see that happening, thought retail orders starting yesterday did give me some hope.

I'm ready for my car already though...

After waiting all this time I just got my window sticker.... I was excited until I saw the MSRP @ 48,190 and I looked and it had a auto trans. I ordered a manual..... Time to call the dealer. I don't know if it can be changed after the the window sticker is printed. Give me some feedback. Thanks

Another thread says that this info was removed by ford, i guess they thought we were seeing too much information. They need to update cotus so those of us with LE's can view our status like all the other mustangs being produced. I do not want to bother my dealer every week to get a status.I do not understand why the LE's are being treated differently on the tracking site.

I guess I will send Tricia a PM this morning to get a status

There's a white manual in Louisiana that is, as far as I know, unspoken for.

I doubt they'll spend the time and money to update a site where, honestly, only the 20 or so of us here would be checking. Who knows what's involved in pulling information from a special edition. The vast majority of these aren't sold probably (waiting for bidding or highest payer) and most people who are storing then aren't worried about when they'll get it. Whenever it gets covered in their shop is good for them.

As i said before i was hoping to take delivery tomorrow, yet cotus (when it was up) said it was still only produced. So i called my dealer today to ask if is still expected to be delivered tomorrow or if he knew the status of it. In a nut shell he said "last i checked it was still at the plant. let me see if they put it on a train yet." *takes a moment recites my order number takes another moment* "yea it looks like it's still at the plant and they haven't shipped it yet."

So yea looks like we are still waiting on them to ship (or at least i am). I would like to hope for a delivery next week but i'm thinking since retails don't start being built until monday we likely wont see an LE until Halloween... Just my $.02
