last I talked to Tricia my order was scheduled for mid Sept, Tricia gave me an update today and now it looks like late Sept. ..... looks like the orders are sliding ..... the wrong way :(

My local dealer said he got a LE and has it ordered he showed it to me in the system but it doesn't show in cotus and also showed material old on his screen. He was willing to sell it to me for sticker cost I just find it hard to believe that the dealership here would get one they never have mustangs and sale mainly trucks. Gong to message Trica the order info he sent me and see if she can tell me if it is actually going to be built or if he just entered a order he didn't have allocation for.

Go sit with him. If it shows ordered and his dealer code and a vin, then he's got one. If it's still professing, then I guess it could be an attempt. Give him a refundable deposit and take it if he gets it. That's what i would do if I wanted one hehe

Mine slipped 3 days this week but not today.

I suspect it's tied to the ok to buy. There are LEs built. Mine was ordered as retail. I suspect retail ordered le's are getting pushed waiting ok the ok to buy. Which is due any day. Stock ordered le's are getting built.

This is just pieces together from a few different people and sources so none of it is sure or gospel.

I'll find out tomorrow (hopefully) if mines status changes.

What was your original date?

The dealer originally said I had a tentative build date of September 8th, then I was told it was moved to the 22nd and now the 29th.

Mine was the 8th originally but changed to 15th very early. Stayed there until Friday night. Pushed to 16th. Monday night it pushed to 17th. This morning, it still showed today (17th). I'll update tomorrow.

I sat with him he showed me it in the system it shows ordered no vin though and shows material hold in red at the bottom.

Unusual. I don't know. But if you want it at msrp, might be your chance. I haven't heard of any LE's on material hold.

I ordered my 50th Anniversary Mustang GT LE (Wimbledon White) through my dealer in August after they made it available to me. Had to cancel my GT with the PP (Competition Orange) for this car.
The LE doesn't show up in COTUS at all, never has... Anyone else having the same problem - that is, can't see their LE on COTUS? Any significance attached to that? My dealer has confirmed the order is in Ford's system. thanks...

I ordered my 50th Anniversary Mustang GT LE (Wimbledon White) through my dealer in August after they made it available to me. Had to cancel my GT with the PP (Competition Orange) for this car.

The LE doesn't show up in COTUS at all, never has... Anyone else having the same problem - that is, can't see their LE on COTUS? Any significance attached to that? My dealer has confirmed the order is in Ford's system. thanks...

No le's are showing in cotus. I'm having to call my dealer for updates. Norhing unusual for you.

Dealership says that it's still showing scheduled to date 9/17. He's a little baffled why it hasn't updated to bucked or in production but when he realized is Thursday acted like it's not uncommon for no updates on Thursdays. Says "oh! It should show something tomorrow".

That said, Tricia says it's scheduled to the end of September, and has been for awhile. So, there is an inconsistency to her information and dealerships tracking. I have copies of dealership and it most certainly does say scheduled to 9/15 date (that changed last Friday to 9/16)

Ok, I'll update tomorrow after I call dealership.

Ask your inventory manager for a snapshot of your visibilty report, it is the only thing I would believe. It will tell you exactly what day and time changes were made.

I've got printouts of it that showed 9/15 before. And that's what he's looking at (that and the "old system" he calls the blue screen). It's on web address www.vehiclevisibilty etc. If I have time, I'll run by and get tomorrow but I'm 100% certain that is where he is getting his information. That's what he's used the several times I've been there and he checked when I was sitting there.

That is how I get my updates. The salesmen and GM go right to the inventory manager for updates. I now have his email and get updates directly. . . . . Not that I like the answer I'm getting.
