So, I found some information about the Mod Center that these LE's are sent to. According to a FRAP employee from reddit, they don't do any performance upgrades per se. All they do is cosmetic stuff. Here is a lil bit about what they do about at the Mod Center

Maybe that's where they do the Special Floor mats, and maybe a special key fob.

There is a thread that explains how. It's very easy. You need the rail car number though. It will be something like CNA xxxxxx or ettx xxxxxx.

I'm thinking this is also where they put the numbered dash plate on (1 of 1,964) etc.

Quick question for the experts here. My window sticker build date says: 120141009 which I have understood to mean it was built October 9, 2014. However, on Etis, it lists build date as: 09.10.2014, which would seem to indicate a build date of September 10th. Am I misreading one or the other?

Etis is Europe site. So date is listed day/month/year. The date is the same. October 9th. Or the 9th of October.

Welp, I got a call right after I posted this and basically was told that it was sold.. :/
