Im going to make an attempt to form a 50th Anniversary Mustang Facebook group tomorrow.

I've been thinking about a LE group but one covering the whole 50 Yrs. would be great...

Just got an email from a ford contact that my LE #268 left @ 9:52 am on a truck this morning. Now to guess what day it will get here. I can see some sleepless nights in my future.

Our cars are the first documented LE vs LE race and we aren't even driving them.

I've been thinking about a LE group but one covering the whole 50 Yrs. would be great...

I'm sure there is already tons of information and places and groups for general mustangs and the history. I was going to focus on the 50th model. I'm sure plenty history would be involved though.

I thought you meant the S550 not every year of mustang when I saw your post...

I'm in south Louisiana. I don't have to hurry up and enjoy it before the one wet slushy snow event we get that doesn't even usually make enough to make a snowball.

Watch this year be the first 4 month blizzard in south LA ever. Hah!

Guess I had too many adult beverages last night.-->Now I understand-->:headbonk:

OT: I just returned from another test drive of a GT PP MT. One of the people associated with the dealership not a salesman was trying to school me on all the features.

He said he attended some kind of training for everything S550, told me the engine sound was being transmitted through the speakers on the car, I said I don't believe it does on the V8 I heard it does it on the four banger.
I hope I was correct on this one.

When I returned from the testdrive I asked the sales person who rode with me if we would've been involved in an accident and I was injured I wonder what the attorneys would have said since we were driving with temperatures below 45° on summer tires LOL.

The sound is pumped into the speakers on the Ecoboost only. No worries on the GT, or our LE's..

Found an interesting article about it, can't find it now, but you can basically remove the fuse and the sound goes away (although so does your radio I believe). Here's one post about it:
