And I have 3 of them. 1 of which is a base R. 1 of 135 of all years ever made.

His is the last base R in existence. The last base R off the line.

Anybody can go out and buy a super snake.

I am aware of your fleet . Rarity by it self does not gaurantee colectability. I could be totally wrong. Hell, by the time the goverment gets done with us, they all may be worthless. Both sweet rided

Any reason why he didn't want the upcoming GT500? Can't see the Shelby American cars as anything but a cash grab using off-the-shelf parts and a body kit with a numbered badge slapped onto a regular Mustang.

HaHa! I know that parking lot. That's where I smogged my Shelby that I bought out of state. Your car looks great btw. Hope to see it around.

I suggested the GT500 but he didn't want to deal with the hassle of finding and securing one. I drove his Snake today and it was nice but not as exhilarating as my R in my humble opinion. It didn't help he decided to get an automatic (wuss) so his wife could drive it. :(

No he's my wife's brother. That's why he's a wuss-in-law. I know I can't shift faster than his automatic but I just like to give him a hard time.

I just can’t quite grasp the SuperSnake concept and admittedly have not looked that much into them ...... although I like the looks, are they not Mustangs with some bolt ons/ Supercharger?

Bolt ons by Shelby American though, more true to the originals than the current shelbys by Ford. They are sweet, wish I could afford one. I have thought about sending my GT500 to them to get Super Snaked.
