Kerb weight

Just curious, has anyone ever physically weighed their car to see what the true kerb weight is?

According to Ford the weight of my GT coupe manual is 1680kg, which seems pretty good for a fairly big car. But manufacturers aren't always that accurate with the figures they quote.

Just interested to know what the true weight could be.

My 2018 GT 10R80 with Performance Pack 1, Premium Pack IV, Recaros and a nearly full tank of gas came in at 1710kg

So not to far off.
