Hey guys, I just traded in my 2017 GT350 and picked up a new 2019 model!
I'm switching out the stock Michelin Cup 2s for the Michelin Pilot Super Sports. I want to save the Cup 2s for the track.
My one concern: the sidewall stiffness is different on the Super Sports. On the Cup 2s the stiffness is 104Y (front) and 106Y (rear) while the Super Sports's are 100Y (front) and 102Y (rear). Will this sidewall firmness difference affect handling/performance? I just want to be sure I'm not seriously screwing my handling before pulling the trigger on the Super Sports.
Thanks for any help you can provide!
