First time I cleaned my JLT filter in 40,000 miles. Looking pretty dark so I decided to buy the K@N recharge kit. I used the degreaser, let it dry and now I'm debating on using the oil. I herd the oil can clog up you mass air sensor. So my question is should I apply the air filter oil or not? Please help thanks

Supposedly the oiled filters are designed with the oil in mind to help with filtration over a standard dry filter. Think bigger airflow via the filter element and the oil helps catch small particles. Main thing is if you re-oil it, don't soak it. Thin coat and it's done. I have never personally ran into any mass sensor issues on any previous cars with an oiled filter.

agree 110%. the people that have had this issue usually use half a bottle on it. use just enough, the oil will soak and spread throughout

After it soaks I let it sit for awhile. Then wipe it down with a rag. I’ve been using them for 20years with no issues.
