Personally, I doubt it. I went 4 years with a cheap amplifier screwed with 3 out of 4 screws to a dual subwoofer box made with too thin MDF wood in high school and never had a single problem despite that box resonating like crazy to the touch. And that amp was for sure more cheaply made than an OEM part that has to do with suspension. Perhaps put some dynamat or similar on the control module box to absorb any vibration (so long as you're not covering up air vents, which I doubt are there). Could also put some foam between the box and the module.
