Jet Fighter Grey - 2021 model only?

Hello,

After a long stint away from having a second car, I have been quite taken by the Mach 1. Specifically the Mach 1 in Jet Fighter Grey.
I have a local dealer that is doing MSRP plus some bonuses on the back end with tint and PPF. I am on the fence of what to do because I would receive the car in 2022 and wouldn't be able to drive it until April or so do to weather. I have this nagging voice that the JFG is going to be a 2021 exclusive and it will be going away. I have no evidence of this, but the color and graphic package is quite iconic and I would hate to miss out on this package. My wife has been chirping in my ear about having a 2021 when the 2022 ordering will be starting. Im just stuck on the fence but I am not sure I could live with myself if I miss out on the JFG.
Any idea when we might hear about color changes to the 2022 line up? I feel like it should be any day?

FJG is on the ‘22 color palate but there still isn’t any indication yet of a 2022 Mach 1.

Other than a potential teaser from Ford, we’ll know sometime early to mid October when the order guide drops.
i *think* FJG will be available on the 22 Mach 1 but it won’t be on any other mustang.
I was in the same boat as you. I couldn’t live without a FJG Mach 1. Your msrp deal is not good. Contact @Zach@Granger or @Jay at Granger ASAP to get a car ordered below invoice. You’re only a long days drive from them. No reason to pay anywhere near sticker for this car

The Mach 1 has a planned two year run. We haven’t heard anything to contradict that yet. As already mentioned FJG is also continuing for 22’. It is very doubtful there will be any changes in the M1 for 22’ vs. 21’ (kind of like the 19’/20’ Bullitt.

Cost will go up I’m sure. Didn’t the bullitt have a price increase?

Not sure about MSRP. There was the gas guzzler tax though. But I’m in agreement with you. There will most likely be a cost increase.

I am trying to get ahold of Jay but couldn't get him at the dealership so I messaged him.

Thanks to Atlas and Jay. What a breath of fresh air it was dealing with Jay. Process was straight forward and simple. Amazing communication and a awesome price to boot! Got my dream car coming.

I work in health care and it’s been a hard year and then some. This is a much needed distraction. Helps me remember what I’m fighting for so to speak.
