Can't get sync to recognize my galaxy S6 through the usb. It'll connect sometimes for a sec then disconnect. Anyone having the same issue? If so how do I fix it? Thanks
When you plug your phone in, do you see the USB icon at the top (on your phone)? If so, make sure you're connected for CHARGE ONLY or MASS STORAGE. Charge only will not allow you to listen to music though. Let me know if that works for you.
