Issues loading LR tune

Looking for help getting the tune to load to car. I have watched the videos on you tube on how to do the process. when I get to the the screen on the Ngauge to load it acts like its going to but then (User Cancelled Download Tune has NOT been Installed) pops up. I have tried several times. Lund has been good about working with me, however due to work schedule I only get about 30 min at the end to email and work out the problem. I'm on latest firm ware. I have searched but could not find anything on my situation.

I had a similar issue that was resolved by fully charging my battery. This was a coyote swap project that left the battery disconnected for a month. So, it may not be an issue for a daily driven car.
