Issue with procal - wrong email for voucher?

I used this when I had the tune on my ecoboost and i just got my power pack from ford when registering I put it under the same email as the other tune I had but now procal is saying wrong email for voucher when trying to download the tune wtf?? Any ideas?

does the ford perf site show your voucher under the correct email you logged on from? If not you can contact Ford Perf for another voucher.

It was after 5pm and they were closed it was the only reason I posted here. I wasn't sure if someone else maybe encountered the same problem before. Anyhow got it taken care off.
