So I had my car in the shop today to have my springs installed. Looking underneath and noticed how rusty the rear diff is. I never had this problem on any of my S197 mustangs that I can remember.

Is this normal or should it be painted or something. Has anyone else seen this, or can you take a look under your car for me and check?

Thanks,
Scott

My 3 valve Mustang was like this. Nothing to be concerned about. Over time itll stop looking as bad and just develop a patina
