Still haven't heard the main reason you wish to upgrade. Inherited beaucoup cash and don't know what to do with it? Track aficionado and need the upgrades 99% of us wouldn't even notice? Niggly little things wrong with your 17 that you just can't stand? Worried about long term reliability on your current engine despite two years left on warranty? Burning some oil but not enough to report? You are asking a crowd that appreciates the latest and greatest so it will be biased to upgrade. $15K is a lot of moola for the difference but it's your money and your rationale.

I looked over Steeda website and couldn't find downforce # on their Race Wing.
Presume you got that from conversation w/Steeda? Sounds like this Steeda RACE version and oem "Swing" w/ flap installed may be comparable.

My bad, thought the question was about comparing the new ‘19 spoiler vs 15-18 spoiler, not the Steeda wing.
To this point, I'd actually love to have the Swing on my '16 car. No need for the extra downforce + drag on the road

I went from a 16 to a 19 (both non-R's) and the 19 is significantly more enjoyable. While the performance related elements are nice (and well noted in terms of upgrades/tweaks to the engine, steering, etc), the real impact from my perspective is inside the car. Upgraded seats (heating/cooling), B&O stereo, carbon fiber touches, etc. Its like night and day honestly....
