Does anyone know for 100% certainty that Blue Oval Industries and Yates Performance are one in the same - meaning the same Business but doing business under 2 different entity names?

The reason I ask is I was looking at some items on eBay and the same part is listed by both “Sellers” - and in the item description, they both list the same exact address:
Blue Oval Industires 207 N. 5th St. Elkton VA 22827
Yates Performance, 207 N. 5th St. Elkton VA 22827
