Invalid ecm?

Hey peeps quick ? as the lund team is prob asleep lol. Long story short, I got a tune from lund (first time for me doing anytype of tuning on fords) and when i go to upload the file it says "INVALID ECM" Is there something im doing wrong loading the tunes onto the ngauge?
