Try Cjponyparts, beefcake, summitracing they have great service, I did business with them. Maybe Americanmuscle, BBR and hypermotive will ship overseas. You can PM them.

I did an order on cjpony just for research it was $900 shipping for an exhaust and redline struts. That's just stupid. I would absolutely love for some vendors here to ship to Aus at a reasonable rate. Like many fellow mustang orders I am wanting to have parts in my garage the day my car is delivered (whenever that actually is)

You might be better off actually emailing and getting a quote that way. Who knows how refined the shipping calculators are for overseas shipping. Probably not very, I bet.

Yep I will do that when I get a delivery month. I'm sure it won't be cheap but over $1000 au is not going to fly. All I am looking at is
Corsa extreme
Bonnet struts
Steeda springs
Deck lid panel (hate the faux filler)

Try contacting a US-based freight forwarder/consolidator. Often you can have your product shipped to their warehouse, they take your shipment (and hundreds others), put them into a container and send them over slow-boat. Can save a LOT of cash that way.

Cjs, maperformance, mishimoto, steeda, think they are the main ones ive found so far, american muscle dont but will soon. Auspost have a mail forwarding service now you can look into.

check the exhaust as well, if its 1 big piece itll be expensive, anything over a metre long will cost an arm and a leg and sometimes its cheaper to make orders under 1000 then u wont need to pay gst/duties

This!

Here in the UK we use a company called STS Imports. They're actually based here in the UK but have a warehouse in Florida. All we have to do is order parts from the vendor and get them posted to the Florida address (and that's often free shipping within the US).....then it gets loaded into a container, put on a ship and then arrives at STS's place here in the UK. It's a LOT cheaper although not the quickest route.

One of the bigger problems, with some vendors at least, is that they won't except non-US credit cards. This is blamed on their experience of CC fraud, and companies like American Muscle seem to insist you use their own shipping company (Bongo) is you want to use a non-US card. But this is VERY expensive and you end up paying 3 times more for an item just to get it shipped :(

Hopefully, with Mustang now global, more aftermarket US companies will embrace overseas sales and make it easier (and cheaper!) for us.

:)

Bongo is the worst, moshimoto uses them and it was like 1200 bucks for a cai, so i just went ebay and got one for about 500 including shipping

If you use a mail forwarding service that gives you an address then you can call your bank and add it as a second address on your account.
