Intake manifold noise at idle

I have a weird noise coming from inside my engine, it sounds like its coming from inside the intake manifold. I hear it mainly when car is at idle. Sounds like a ticking, tapping or flapping noise, sometimes turns into a whining noise when accelerating. Compared it next to my brother's mustang and his doesn't sound the same.
