Injector Cleaner?

Are you guys using injector cleaner. I understand most of us don't have many miles on our cars but was wondering if injector cleaner is OK to use on a GT350.

Not recommended. Check the GT350 Supplement/Manual on page 23, I think, in reference to fuels and additives .

Never ever any kind of cleaners on new modern injectors. When they go out, they need replacement.
I used to use them on one of my older M3's, and when I did an oil analysis after 3000 miles and 2 bottles of injector cleaning, they noted a drastic lowering of oil viscosity. Yep, it was the injector cleaner; they told me that a very minuscule part of detergents used end up in the oil past the rings...
If I ever use it for any of my cars, I follow up with an oil change now .

nothing is said on this regarding fuel system cleaners. the techron fuel system cleaner i use doesnt have methanol in it.

MMT is used in Torco, etc.

to OP. every 6 months or so with a full tank of fuel i use a big bottle of chevron techron (Black bottle, chevron logo) and run the car harder than regular commuting. good peace of mind. i dont go to stations that look like they would have bad gas but preventing buildup on valves and such is always a good idea.
