WD40 if the deposit is built up, after that a little Bar Keeper's Friend.

I use the Brush Hero with any cleaner. My regular chemical guys car wash with the rotating brush works great. I can easily get into all the nooks and crannies around the tips too with this infomercial brush. Works great here and on my rims.
