Did someone do an IMRC delete and they still have the good working parts laying around? I got codes for the flaps stuck open and doing a mani swap is just not possible at this time. My 15 is my daily and working 2 jobs only gives me the weekend to work on it, so before I go pulling stuff off I want to have some things sitting on standby. I know the flaps could be broken completely and these not even be of use but, I am one of those "just in case" people. I can't seem to find the part numbers to even order these items and I'll bet its multiple parts to make the whole assembly which is making it hard for me to track down. If you do have these laying around and are not going to be using them anymore, I would like to chat. Located in N Alabama.

It's not so much those parts in your picture that fail, so they won't be of any great benefit to have extras. The failure is occurring with the actuator rod that is integral to the intake. The rod snaps, which renders the actuation of the IMRC plates useless and in-op.

Check this thread and Post #15 for the picture of what I am referencing - maybe someone has a better fix:

The IMRC implementation has been a failure since it's introduction into the 1993 Lincoln MKVIII with the 4.6 DOHC. That engine design then carried over into the 1996+ SVT Cobras, (future S197 GT 5.0's, and current S550's) - which it was still a shit design and was problematic with failures then - and continues to be so now.

Yea I have seen the rod breaking issue, I am just being hopeful. I dont have much time at all (Saturday & Sunday) to work on my ride so I wanted to have things available if possible so ordering parts doesn't come into the equation. With my luck I am betting I am going to end up needing a whole intake.
